Strategically placing the emitter stakes to ensure the plant's root ball remains moist but not waterlogged is crucial. Adjust the flow for each plant and re-evaluate it every season based on the plant's size. Remember to re-assess requirements as the plants grow and their needs change. Utilize a timer to water twice a day, for 5 or 10 minutes, depending on the plant's needs and the weather conditions. Verify that the moisture is reaching the intended areas. Don't assume that rain means you can turn off the irrigation system, as leaves can divert rainwater from the roots.

To make working with the tubing much easier, soak it in warm to hot water or lay it out in the sun for a short time to soften it. When punching a hole, hold the hole punch at a right angle to the tubing to ensure a perfect seal around the emitter's barb. Always flush the system a bit before installing emitters to clear any debris. Construct your lateral lines (1/4-inch tubing and emitters) before connecting them to the main line. Always cut the tubing longer than needed, as it's much easier to trim off excess than to try to find additional lengths if it's cut too short. The emitters farthest from the faucet will require a freely flowing adjustment due to the loss of water pressure.

The plastic irrigation drippers are made of quality plastic in a black color. The bottom is sharp and easy to insert into the soil. The water flow can be adjusted by rotating the water outlet hole cap, allowing you to customize the water amount according to the plant's needs, promoting healthy growth, conserving water resources, and saving money.

To connect the drippers, you can either connect them directly to the PE pipe or the 4/7 distribution tubing. Soften the tube hole with hot water before connecting the tube and dripper.
